Conference Overview

Let’s Grow Together Marriage Conference will take place in Indianapolis, IN at Neidhammer on November 3-4, 2023. The Purpose of this two-day event is building and growing stronger marriages.  

Friday night is our kickoff!  Men and women will go into breakout sessions. The men will be empowered on relevant issues, as well as the ladies. They will come back together for some fellowship and fun.  Saturday is our seminar portion. This year’s theme is Rhythm of Love. We have two dynamic guest couples that will be speaking.  Then there will be our “Date Night” which will take place on Saturday night.  There will be a live band, DJ, dinner, and lots of romance and fun.

Dr. Alduan and Mecca Tartt

Mecca and Alduan Tartt are your couple on the go juggling family, business, and work life balance while maintaining a happy/healthy marriage. With a teenager, first grader, baby boy and blended family they truly see the importance of putting first things first, your marriage. The Tartt’s have worked with Ardagh, Stryker, Home Partners of America, and the Girlfriends Getaway speaking to employees about the importance of mental health. Dr. Alduan and Mecca Tartt are passionate about creating safe spaces for married couples to connect. Dr. Alduan and Mecca Tartt are sought after speakers for marriage programs, couples workshops, church conferences, in addition to events geared towards single women who desire to meet the one.

Dr. Tartt is a psychologist, minister, speaker, media host and author. He serves as the go-to psychology expert for CNN, HLN, The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, Café Mocha, Willie Moore Jr., KD Bowe, Darlene McCoy, The Morning Culture with Frank Ski, Tom Joyner, etc. syndicated radio shows. His YouTube channel has garnered more than one million total views. He currently serves as a consultant for the National Basketball Association and, formerly, for the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball team.

Mecca Tartt is in every essence of the word a “girls girl”. Her love of empowering women and creating safe spaces for women to come together has led to her creating events for women focused on Health/Wellness, Relationships, and Motherhood with the launch of her company BESTU LLC.

She is the Executive Director of Startup Runway a non-profit that connects minority and women tech startups to investors and capitol.  Mecca is also the founder of the BestU: Self-Care Summit which empowers women to focus on health and wellness serving over 1000 women with bi-annual summits. As the founder of the Wives Prayer Challenge which has 1500 women from over 65 locations Mecca believes in the power of bringing women together to support each other through prayer. In 2020 Mecca launched an e-commerce business which focuses on Christian apparel and has already sold 800+ products covering 21 states.

Dr. Tanika & Edith Forestal

Dr. Tanika Forestal is a wife, mother, ordained minister and licensed marriage and family therapist. Dr. Forestal is the founder and president of Relationship Rescue Academy, a specialized counseling practice focusing on intensive marriage and couple’s therapy in Kokomo, In. Dr. Forestal and her husband Edith Forestal are ministers at Fuel Church in Kokomo, where they oversee the Fortified Marriage and Family Ministry. Dr. Forestal is also on the Pastoral Care Team at Fuel Church. Alongside a few of her best girlfriends, she co-hosts a Facebook live women’s ministry called Girlfriend Circle. She is passionate about assisting couples with obtaining a healthy godly marriage as well as serving women in ministry.

He and his wife Dr. Tanika co-founded Relationship Rescue Academy, The Intentional Marriage Ministry and oversee the Fortified Marriage and Family Ministry at Fuel Church. Edith along with Tanika also teach in the Fresh Start Ministry at Fuel Church in Kokomo. Edith has walked 

in his calling as a law enforcement officer for 21 years and served as the police department recruiter for 2 years. Edith serves as a small group leader and teaches discipleship to high school boys at Fuel Church in Kokomo, Indiana. He and his wife are the proud parents of two children and a dog.
