Founded by  Leah & Randall Rosenthall, JFS is dedicated to providing support, guidance, and practical solutions for those seeking to to find. 

Meet the Founders

Randall and Leah Rosenthall

Randall and Leah Rosenthall are natives to Indianapolis, IN. They have been married for nearly 16 years and have 3 children; ages 9, 6, and 4. They are passionate about helping and serving people in the community. Together they have founded a local non-profit 501C3 organization called EDC Foundation which stands for Empowering, Developing Community. They also have served many local churches in music ministry together for over 14 Years.

Leah is a licensed minister and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and also a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. On top of being a full-time mom, wife, Leah is a certified life coach through Say Life Institute accredited by the nationally recognized ICF organization. It is her passion to build and cultivate stronger relationships and to see people, marriages, and families thrive.

Randall, a true businessman, where he currently manages and operates several community centers. Randall has always been an entrepreneur at heart and a passionate businessman. You can always find him within the community working, serving, and dedicating his time by giving back. Randall is a certified Coach, Leader, Trainer under John Maxwell & also a certified Speaker under Les Brown.

Together Randall & Leah Rosenthall are certified as relationship coaches & have a Married For A Purpose Marriage Reboot Certification. Leah and Randall are passionate about seeing marriages, families & entrepreneurs get the solutions they need to move forward and thrive.
